Easier than A.P.C.

Nothing is easier or better than a piece of cake (at 10am after a couple of hours of work) or easier than APC you may say. Open the tin, slice it. make a cup of tea, eat and drink slowly and take it easy. Cake's gotta be made of course, ingredients have to be purchased too and there is the rub. For many this is difficult, short of time, short of money, short of kitchen, short of energy and many other obstacles that make this ease an experience many don't get. So if you do, take a minute during that ease, quietly think of your good fortune andtell yourself , "I'll try to help others have this". Don't forget self interest though because all of this thinking makes the piece of cake last longer
