Suzanne Bleakly

There's a blizzard on yesterday in the southern half of the country and getting reliable power to homes is  a problem, so who comes on the radio to represent PowerCo, the lines company down there, telling us of lines down due to the weight of ice, trees down due to the weight of snow and the powerful freezing wind, but one Suzanne Bleakly. She's been sitting at a desk in the South waiting for her moment to be called and at last POW she's out on the airwaves, her name explaining all. What fore thought her employers showed when she turned up for a job interview bedraggled and frozen to the bone years back and when the Company man reads her resume he picks up the phone immediately making a call to the top.
He says to his boss, "Get down here..you won't believe it".
When the Manager arrives he has a quick word to Suzanne, looks at her resume, then whispers in the interviwer's ear, "Hire her but don't look too keen mind, these are straigtened times. We may not need her for years".
Back in his office the Manager leaps about waving his arms and falls to his knees in prayer, having never been a church man this unusual, thanking the Lord for sending his amazing name.
With that Suzanne began her career as the " PowerCo Inclement Weather Spokesperson" and the rest is history.
